International Networks and Organisations

The Polish Academy of Sciences coordinates the cooperation of the Polish scientific community with international scientific organizations. The collaboration with these organizations is carried out by the National Committees affiliated at the Presidium of the Polish Academy of Sciences, or at the Academy’s Scientific or Task Force Committees.
The Academy is a member of the following research networks or international organisations:

Partner Institutions

Bilateral cooperation with national academies of sciences and their equivalent units is based mainly on agreements with our partner institutions (currently over 70 partners from 41 countries). Such collaboration involves conducting joint research projects, organising study visits, establishing joint teams, or expert groups, as well as providing scholarship and training programs for researchers starting their scientific career.
