About the team

The Interdisciplinary COVID-19 Advisory Team to the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences was set up on 30 June 2020. The team is chaired by Prof. Jerzy Duszyński, President of the PAS, with Prof. Krzysztof Pyrć (Jagiellonian University) as deputy chair and Dr. Anna Plater-Zyberk (Polish Academy of Sciences) as its secretary. Other members of the team are:

Other information:

Funding of registration fees for on-line conferences

Due to the suspension of mobility programmes in connection with COVID-19, we offer the possibility of funding registration fees for scientists and PhD students of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) who intend to take part in on-line conferences to present their research work or a publication.
 
Who is it for?
 
All researchers and PhD students, also scientists from outside the structures of PAN, provided that a paper is co-authored by an employee or a PhD student from a scientific unit of PAN. Financing will be granted only to a person presenting the paper, even if the publication was co-authored.
Amount of financial support for registration: up to 150 EUR.
 
Deadline for applications: This funding scheme is run on a continuous basis and will be valid until further notice.
