Dioscuri programme is initiated by the Max Planck Society, jointly managed with the National Science Centre in Poland, and mutually funded by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) and the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
In the context on the ongoing debate on the Polish Judiciary System, the Polish Academy of Sciences has been asked to organize and host a “Forum for the Rule of Law”. The event will gather together the highest representatives of the state, government, legislative branch, judiciary, as well as scholars and NGOs.
