For the 18th time, L'Oréal-UNESCO awarded six Polish scientists carrying out research in the field of life sciences. Among the laureates are two researchers from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
On 15th and 16th November 2018 the festive Conference to celebrate its 100th anniversary will be held at the Nencki Institute. During the conference we will present the greatest achievements of the Institute's employees and doctoral students, as well as the alumni currently working in other scientific institutes in Poland and abroad.
The Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences was chosen to manage the European consortium and integrate research infrastructures within EPOS-ERIC consortium concerning geophysical hazards accompanying the exploitation of natural resources.
