Dreyfus Prize to professor Krzysztof Matyjaszewski

Krzysztof Matyjaszewski, professor at Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA), Centre of Molecular and Macromolecular Studies (Łódź) and Technical University of Łódź, has been awarded the Dreyfus Prize for the development of the process of atom transfer radical polymerisation (ATRP), which has proven to be the most important advance in polymer synthesis in half a century.
