Visits of Ukrainian scientists to PAS
Within the framework of cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU), the Polish Academy of Sciences introduces a new tool supporting cooperation with Ukrainian researchers.

Thank you for your interest in the new tool supporting cooperation with Ukrainian researchers. We received a lot of applications over the last few days. Unfortunately, the budget of the program does not allow us to continue to run the call. The applications submitted will be processed in the next few days.

General conditions:
a) expenses related to travel and stay of the Ukrainian scientists in the units of the PAS will be covered by the PAS;
b) duration of the stay in the units of the PAS up to 3 months with possibility of extension, if necessary.
Who can apply:
To apply for funding the units of the PAS submit an application (PDF) to the International Relation Department of the PAS. The call is ongoing until further notice.
The Ukrainian researchers who do not have scientific partners in the units of the PAS may contact:
- International Relations Office of the PAS at: bwz@pan.pl or
- The acting director of the PAS representation center in Kiyv: Mateusz Białas (Mateusz.Bialas@pan.pl )
Financial conditions:
a) living expenses - 5000 PLN monthly,
b) travel costs from Ukraine to Poland - up to 1500 PLN.
The refunding of costs will be carried out to the unites of the PAS on a monthly basis.

ПЕРЕБУВАННЯ ДОСЛІДНИКІВ З УКРАЇНИ В ПАН
У рамках угоди з Національною академією наук України Польська академія наук реалізує нову програму підтримки співпраці з Україною:
Загальні умови:
а) витрати, пов'язані з дорогою та перебуванням українських вчених у підрозділах Польської академії наук, фінансуються Польською академією наук;
б) термін перебування в підрозділах ПАН становить 3 місяці з можливістю продовження.
Заявки:
Заявки подають (PDF) підрозділи ПАН до Бюро закордонних зв’язків ПАН на постійній основі (до вичерпання коштів).
Українські вчені, які не мають наукових партнерів у підрозділах Польської академії наук, можуть зв’язатися:
- з Бюро закордонних зв’язків за адресою bwz@pan.pl або
- з паном Матеушом Бяласом, в.о. директора Представництва ПАН у Києві (адреса електронної пошти Mateusz.Bialas@pan.pl).
Фінансові умови:
а) витрати на проживання (харчування та проживання) - 5000 злотих на місяць,
б) витрати на проїзд з України до Польщі - до 1500 злотих.
