Leukemia Research Foundation grant for Paulina Podszwałow-Bartnicka
We are pleased to announce, that dr Paulina Podszywałow-Bartnicka from the Laboratory of Cytometry at the Institute of Experimental Biology of PAS, has been awarded with a 1-year New Investigator Grant from the Leukemia Research Foundation.
The aim of the project is to create a mouse model of humanized bone marrow niche and investigate the influence of leukemia microenvironment on the effectiveness of anti-cancer therapies. The Leukemia Research Foundation New Investigators programme allows innovative scientists to act on their ideas, and try new procedures and experiments that may lead to significant breakthroughs.
